These speakers sound really good, it's just the tweeters that rattle, and that's because they wrap the grill of the tweeters and actually touch the speakers, so they rattle. I just took them out and put my tweeters in from my old speakers and they sound really good. If you have the time and patience to do this then these speakers still sound good.
